Flexible start time and visit chains

How Caire uses each visit's preferred flexible start time, optional extended flexibility for non-time-critical visits, and visit chains.

    Preferred flexible start time

The visit's preferred flexible start time shows when the care plan says the visit should start. It helps the planner check whether the visit lands at the right time in the calendar before other analytics are considered.

    Extended flexibility

For visits that are not time-critical, the operation can add extended flexibility. Caire then knows that the visit may move within a broader range if needed to make the schedule work, without moving visits that must stay fixed.

    Visit chains

When several visits for the same client belong together, they can be planned as a chain. Caire then sees a more accurate work shape than if each row is treated as an independent stop.
